Sculpting the Arms!

Okay, so I am not that 100 percent  FIT girl you see every other commercial, believe it or not ;), but me and Lacie have found a love for working out and we want to include you on a few new exercises that will aid us in that body we are working for.

So the first picture is obviously a simple push-up with feet balancing the ball, (not so simple when actually doing it), perfect for your biceps, back and if you contract your abs, you can feel the burn there too! The picture above is great for your deltoids, and if you don't know where those muscles are, just hold your arms out like so, 2 minutes with weights or  5 without & do some gentle pulsing up and down, then you'll know where that muscle is!

Can I just say, I LOVE THESE BANDS!! Just put around back, gripping both ends and push away. To make harder, grab closer on both sides towards back. There's SO many things you can do with these, and the bottom picture shows how you can pull up on it also working arms. Hope these help you get better arms along with me and Lacie :)
