| So the first picture is obviously a simple push-up with feet balancing the ball, (not so simple when actually doing it), perfect for your biceps, back and if you contract your abs, you can feel the burn there too! The picture above is great for your deltoids, and if you don't know where those muscles are, just hold your arms out like so, 2 minutes with weights or 5 without & do some gentle pulsing up and down, then you'll know where that muscle is! |
